CANCELLATION: If cancellation of this booking becomes necessary, to avoid forfeiture of any deposit paid, the Smoky Mountain Tour Connection must receive written confirmation 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Individual cancellations are required 72 business hours prior to arrival date - Individual refunds are at the discretion of the suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITY: Smoky Mountain Tour Connection, Inc. acts only as an agent for tour members, and as such, accepts no responsibility for liability for the service or neglect thereof of any carrier or attraction, nor the loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any person, howsoever caused or arising, and the tour member waives any claim thereof, and hereby releases SMTC, Inc. from all such liabilities and agrees to indemnify and hold SMTC, Inc. harmless from all costs and attorneys fees arising from any claim made in violation of this release. Right is reserved to amend itinerary if necessary for any reason.
